What do you do when you are sad and nobody seems to understand you? What do you do when life gets tough? What do you do when you are angry? What do you do when you have a lot to tell but no one seems to care?

Writing a journal or what people call it journaling is a way to express all you feel. You can write everything you want without being afraid that people will tell your secrets. It is not easy the first time, but it gets much easier when you are used to doing it.

What are the benefits of journaling? Journaling can help you feel better. You have time to analyze your feelings and thoughts. It can also improve your mood. And of course, it reduces stress and depression as well as anxiety. In short, it will improve your mental health.

You can write your journal either in the morning or at night before going to bed. In the morning, you can write gratitude journals. You can talk to yourself and motivate yourself. Journaling before going to bed helps you sleep better.

I like writing journals whenever I want. Now I realize that by journaling I have better self-control. I have a better understanding of myself-what I feel and what I want. I do not have to tell everything to people. Sometimes, in my opinion, it is better to keep certain stories to myself.
